The deep belief that personal relationship with God can truly rescue, bring hope, and healing to every hurting heart is the fuel behind our Pastors' passion. They've invested their entire lives in this hope and love to see lives transformed daily. Beaches, outdoor concerts, laughter, and board games are some of their favorite ways to relax.
Andrew Cain
Worship and Young Adults Pastor
Andrew is from southeast Alabama, where he was born into a highly musical family. He moved to Maryland in 2020 and joined The Cause Church family. His greatest passion in life is to make music for the Lord and he feels incredibly blessed to be able to worship for a living. He comes from generations of worship leaders, preachers, and evangelists. In his spare time, he loves to make (more) music, watch movies, grill, and play basketball.
Madison Albarran
Next Gen Pastor
Madison Albarran loves her home state, Maryland, and represents it proudly with her love for crabs and Old Bay. She loves to spend time with her husband, Rodrigo, her family and her friends. She enjoys having game nights, sharing a meal and talking about life. Madison has a heart for people and a desire to serve while also having a passion to lead the next generation to know the love of Jesus and the power of His name.
Katelyn Daniel
Kids Director
Katelyn was born and raised here in the state of Maryland. Her passion in life has always been to serve children. Previously, she taught for five years teaching 4th grade in the public school system. Katelyn is excited to transition her teaching experience to spread the word of God to our children here at the Cause. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Ken, and their golden retriever, Willow. They love going fishing, crabbing, hiking, cooking, and playing games together.
Sarah Goodale
Office Manager
Sarah is originally from Baltimore county and now calls Elkridge home. She has a passion for caring for and teaching children. She loves bringing the next generation closer to God. Most of all she loves being a Mom. In her spare time, she likes to run, spend time outdoors, explore God's creation, and craft with her daughter.
